Spruce essential oil is a very effective treatment for viral infections and long-term colds. It relieves exacerbation of arthritis and eliminates inflammatory processes of the urinary organs (cystitis, urethritis). Spruce oil has an excellent antiseptic and aroma effect for sauna and steam bath.

Suggested use: add 3-5 drops of fir oil to the teaspoon with honey and take twice per day. Drip 2 drops into your nose for runny nose.
Shelf life: 2 years.
Storage conditions: store in a place protected from the light at temperature between 0 and 5°С.
Contradictions: individual intolerance.
